If you are working around Changi Business Park or staying at the East side. This is another food place that you can consider to patronize.
Song Fa Bak Kut Teh established since 1969 at North Bridge Road and has setup another branch at Changi Business Park inside UE Bizhub East.
I am not a fan of Bak Kut Teh but I have patronized Song Fa twice after my first visit during July 2014. I really don't know what is the main reason that has trigger my craving and cause my mind to keep thinking of the Pig's Kidney Soup and Braised Pig Trotters. Gosh!!!

Enjoy your food with a cup of hot Chinese tea. There are 8 Types of Chinese Tea leave for you to choose. We have chosen Bu Zhi Xiang but regret about our decision. I will still preferred Aged Pu Er or Xiang Pian which taste better than Bu Zhi Xiang.

Braised gravy sauce was flavorful with strong dark soy sauce but not salty. Braised Trotters and Pig's intestine was soft and tasted without any smell of boar taint which most of the people will disliked.

I was quite surprised about the cooking method for the Pork Ribs Soup in Song Fa. The pork rib meat was soft and easy to consume.

I really liked the service in Song Fa, even though most of the service staffs are elderly staffs but they were quite efficient with their works. Consistently, the service staff will refill the soup for you even you didn't request from them which I was quite impressed.
If you plan to come during lunch hour between 12-2pm, you might face some difficulty to get a table. Dinner time will be less crowded.
