Today my recommendation will be a restaurant named Alliance Kitchen. This restaurant served a wide range of Chinese food with inexpensive pricing. 

First, you just need to order and make payment at the counter. Thereafter, you will received a mobile device to alert you when the food is ready and you need to collect your order from the counter.

For those who like cheesy food, this bowl of Beef Lasagne will suit your palate. 

Mushroom soup taste average, slightly too dilute and lack of cream mushroom aroma.

Beef Hor Fun at S$7.30

Surprisingly, this plate of Beef Hor Fun portion seem too much for 1 person. However, savoury starchy gravy blend well with the Hor Fun.

I understand from my friend that this restaurant is one of the popularity eating place at Jalan Bukit Merah during lunch hour. Of course food price is one of the key factor to patronise this place and food standard is above average .
