Hiang Ji Roasted Meat & Noodle House 
This stall just around Toa Payoh Lor 6 HDB Hub.

Look out for Food Alley Signage, 
just right behind the shops facing HDB Hub.



What so special????

We saw many people waiting for their food.
We waited for about 15 mins for our food.



Nothing special about their Chilli.



Dumpling Soup
SGD $4.00 



Dumpling filling with prawn ,
 some dried cuttlefish and mince pork. 











Roasted Duck with Char Siew (Roasted Meat)
SGD $18.00 for 3 pax

Food Rating : 9/10

For the price of S$18.00 might seem expensive.
However, 
I strongly recommend you to try this dish.




 Char Siew meat (Roasted meat) soft & tender,
some portion was slightly burned but not bitter.

Unlike some Roasted Meat stalls,  
Hiang Ji Char Siew (Roasted meat) still preserved natural meat flavour.
Sweet? Salty? 

I can only described ,
Char Siew Meat tasty flavour linger in my mouth.

No wonder so many people order Char Siew Rice.
 Pricing range around SGD $3.50 per plate.

Roasted Duck Meat
Rating 8/10

Roasted Duck meat even though is slightly cold,
 but you still can taste the savoury taste.




Achar 
Side dish with the Roasted Duck Meat & Char Siew.



Plain Noodle
SGD $2.00 per plate

If you don't want to order rice,
you can order Plain Noodle .




Noodle is not soggy, 
texture is more to chewy type.

Sauce used just nice, make the noodle tasty.



Rice for Chicken Rice
SGD $0.60

 Rice Rating 7/10

I want to give 8/10 but rice was not well cooked.
I have to admit rice flavour was good.





Roasted Pork Belly Noodle
SGD $4.00

Food Rating : 9/10




Look at the top layer with the golden colour.
Taste crunchy but not oily.
Pork Belly was nice because of its tender texture.

Most important ,
Pork Belly meat was not too salty yet savoury. 



Look at those crunchy Deep Fried Pork Skin in cubes.

From this generation, 
we hardly see this type of traditional side dish.  

Fatty? Unhealthy diet? 

Let's be sinful for this meal .....
