this stall selling Roasted Meat caught my attention.

Roasted Chicken meat texture taste slightly dry,

lack of juicy flavour,

Roasted layer was not crispy and some parts were burnt,

initially caused the skin layer to taste bitter.

Maybe Chicken meat using the breast meat area,

I really don't like the meat texture.

Roasted meat taste good, 

meat well marinated,
you can taste the meat with saltness but not salty typem, 

the top portion skin layer was crunchy.

Must try!!!

Rice

Rice smell nice and taste good.
