Sze Chuan Preserved Vegetable 
with Pork Meat

1) Pork Belly
cut into thin slices and fried first
You can change to Chicken meat,
or without any meat.

2) Garlic

3) Sze Chuan Preserved Vegetable
you can get from supermarket,
sell in packet and already in slices.

If you like crunchy taste,
just fried for 10 mins.

If you like softer texture,
you can cook for a longer period about 20 mins.
