Home Cooked Noodle Soup
1) I used instant Chicken Stock as soup base
Cut beancurd into small cubes sizes,
deep fried will get the flavour better.
Use any type of mushroom - your own preference
4) Spring Onion
Cooked together with the chicken Soup Base,
cook about 10-15 mins to make the radish soft.
6) Instant Noodle
or you can use any type of your favourite noodle ,
udon or bee hoon.
